Terms and conditions

General conditions of Sale

These conditions of sale govern the purchase contract between "Unilab Scientifica Srl" - hereinafter referred to as "Seller" and the customer in order to purchase the products published on the website . The customer, with the electronic confirmation of the ORDER SUMMARY, declares to know and unconditionally accept the General Conditions of Sale and to fulfill all the obligations set forth therein towards the Seller. For this reason, the Customer is obliged to carefully read them by providing for their printing and storage, in accordance with the provisions of art. 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05. The Seller considers itself authorized to modify or integrate these general conditions of sale at any time, also in consideration of any regulatory changes, without having to give prior notice. These changes will be binding for customers only from the moment they are published on the website , and will not have retroactive effect.


The prices shown do not include VAT.

Shipping fees

€ 25.00 + VAT. They will be calculated during the order and invoiced as a contribution to the shipping costs.

Delivery of goods - Control

Upon delivery of the goods, before signing the waybill that the operator making the delivery will ask to sign, the Customer is required to verify:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document. In case of discrepancy, however, collect the goods and report on the waybill, in detail, the number of packages actually collected. Said discrepancy must be communicated immediately, via e-mail, to the Seller.
- that the packaging is intact (not wet, punctured, folded or otherwise) and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In the event of obvious breakages, damage or tampering with the packaging, the customer must write on the waybill, in detail, SPECIFIC RESERVATION OF THE GOODS DUE TO DAMAGED PACKAGES RECEIVED, and immediately notify the Seller via email.

In the event of evident damage to products not yet collected, the customer may refuse delivery by indicating the reason for the non-collection on the waybill and immediately notify the Seller via e-mail.

In order to protect against hidden damage caused by transport, however, it is always advisable to report the words "GOODS COLLECTED WITH RESERVE OF INSPECTION" on the waybill even if the packaging is intact and without any alteration. Any hidden damage detected must be communicated to the Seller, within 05 days of receipt of the goods, by registered letter with return receipt. (see par. RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY TRANSPORT).

ATTENTION: if the customer accepts the goods and signs the waybill without making the necessary reservations, he cannot later claim any shortages or damage, as the signing constitutes verification and acceptance of the conformity of the product.

Right of replacement for damage caused by transport

To exercise this right, the customer, within 05 (five) days of receipt of the goods must send an email addressed to:, indicating the transport document or invoice number, code and quantity of the defective items with the details of the defect found. The Seller may request the Customer to send, by e-mail, any digital photos showing the claimed damage. Once the responsibility for the damage has been ascertained, the Seller will communicate to the customer, via e-mail, the acceptance of the replacement with the collection details for the Courier. In any case, the goods must be returned to the Seller with the same courier and in the original packaging carefully sealed, indicating the return address that will be communicated on the package. If this does not happen, the Seller can refuse the withdrawal and therefore the replacement of the material. All transport costs for replacement, both those for the return of damaged goods and those for replacement, are charged to the Seller. The replacement of the goods will take place as soon as possible. We do not accept in any case returns of goods on delivery. Any report received after the above deadlines will not be taken into consideration.

Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the purchasing rules made "on-line" at '' of Unilab Scientifica Srl is subject to Italian jurisdiction. The parties expressly agree that any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of the purchase rules will be the exclusive competence of the Court of Catania.

Privacy Act

The data provided will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the EU Regulation 2016/679, concerning the processing and circulation of personal data; it is specified that pursuant to the aforementioned Decree, the user data provided at the time of signing the purchase order and / or completing the invoice are excluded from the consent of the interested party as they are collected on the basis of the fiscal and tax obligations established by law , regulations and community legislation.
